WHY THE DETAILS MATTER
Clarify the requested duration instead of treating every appointment as the same service.
A requested time remains tentative until resources have been checked.
Keep general phone intake administrative and use the studio’s approved process for clinical details.

“Returning. Tuesday or Thursday evening.”
Close by confirming contact details and explaining that staff will review the request. This is an editorial example, not a customer recording. Any service prices are fictional business-menu examples, not CallMinded plan prices.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS
