Forwarding and 24/7 answering are launch targets. Your carrier setup, fallback and hosted availability must be verified before activation.

A FEW PRACTICAL DETAILS
Included minutes reset each monthly billing cycle; unused included minutes do not roll over. Purchased extra minutes carry over until used and are consumed only after included minutes run out. When both balances reach zero, AI answering pauses with a verified fallback until you purchase more minutes. No automatic overage charges. This policy is being validated in sandbox; live activation remains gated.
The proposed policy counts time connected to the AI, totals it in seconds and converts that total to minutes. Ringing time and time after transfer would be excluded. This still needs production metering and billing validation; human transfer is not currently offered.
The planned subscription and additional-minute rates are in USD. Canadian customers will see USD at checkout and on invoices; your card provider may apply conversion charges. Applicable taxes are shown before payment.
