OUR APPROACH
Useful in a real workday.
Accountable after the call.
CallMinded is being developed around a straightforward problem: a business owner cannot always take the call, but still needs to understand what the caller wants.
Request a guided pilotStart with the awkward conversations
Our testing includes interrupted answers, background noise, corrected addresses, spelled names and language changes. Feedback from those calls has led to changes in the greeting, number confirmation and conversation settings.
Make the next action visible
Capturing a request is only part of the workflow. The lead inbox adds acknowledgment, responsibility and a history of owner-entered follow-up actions. Original captures are preserved separately from corrections.
Be clear about readiness
The product is in controlled testing. We distinguish live-tested call intake from campaign simulation and planned integrations. A pilot starts with a fit discussion and verification, not an automatic signup.
Talk about your workflow
Use the early-access form to describe your business and the calls you need help with. The form saves your request for review and requests an acknowledgement email. Our team follows up about a suitable test; submitting does not schedule an appointment or start a trial.
HOW WE’RE BUILDING CALLMINDED
The difficult calls
are part of the work.
We’re testing the things that make phone calls messy: a corrected number, a name spelled twice, background noise, an interruption, a switch into French.
That feedback shapes the greeting, clarification rules and owner review tools. The aim is practical: give the next person enough context to help.
