YOUR WORKFLOW, CONNECTED
A useful request today.
A verified connection next.
An appointment-driven business and an estimate-driven business should not have to use the same handoff. Tell us which system your team works in and what should happen after each call.
Request a guided pilotStart with the handoff you actually need
A nail salon may want a manicure appointment. A renovation contractor may need an estimator brief. A law firm may need intake review before a consultation. Define the destination, required information and approvals before choosing the integration.
What works in the current pilot
Configured call intake produces requests for review in the CallMinded dashboard. Your team can assign follow-up and record outcomes. Google account sign-in and optional Business Profile import are separate onboarding features; neither connects a calendar.
Which connections we plan to assess first
Google Calendar and Microsoft 365 Outlook are initial calendar candidates, with HubSpot as an initial CRM candidate. Industry systems will be prioritized around pilot needs. These are candidates, not a list of available connectors. Tell us your scheduling or CRM app when requesting a pilot.
Map the service, not just the contact
A future appointment connection needs the selected service, duration, staff or resource requirements, timezone and customer record. A project enquiry needs scope, location, owner and review status. An integration should preserve these differences instead of sending an incomplete note.
Confirm the result only after the action succeeds
The planned booking flow checks availability, offers an appropriate option and writes the appointment to the connected system. Only a successful result permits a confirmation. Conflicts, missing details, expired access and failed writes must leave a visible request for staff review.
Keep the owner in control
The intended controls include permitted actions, field mapping, approval rules and disconnect access. Begin with a narrow tested flow, then expand when the connection behaves reliably. Healthcare workflows require separate privacy, security and workflow validation.
A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS
Before you get started.
Can I connect a scheduling app today?
Not yet. Scheduling and CRM connections are planned. Include your app and desired workflow in your pilot request so compatibility and priority can be assessed.
Will the AI book everything automatically?
No. The intended design lets the business choose which requests can be booked after verification and which require staff approval. Current pilot appointments remain requests for staff to confirm.
