01

Choose the languages you support

Each business profile controls enabled languages, the greeting language and the language used in owner notes. Automatic switching can be turned off; explicit requests for an enabled language remain supported.

02

Switch with the caller

The receptionist is instructed to switch on a complete request in another enabled language, rather than an accent, a name or an isolated word. Confirmed details are retained when the language changes.

03

Names deserve a second check

Spelling, addresses, phone numbers and mixed-language speech are important test cases. Readback and clarification help, but they do not guarantee accuracy. Our testing includes corrections, interruptions and noisy calls.

04

Language support is in testing

We do not publish an accuracy percentage or claim that every accent is covered. Availability for a customer pilot depends on testing its intended languages and call flow. Language support does not by itself establish regional launch readiness.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Before you get started.

Can the caller change languages during a call?

That behavior is built for enabled languages and is being tested. The business can control automatic detection.

Does French support mean Quebec is already available?

No. Geography, onboarding and regional requirements will be confirmed separately for each pilot.
